We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, creative and organized individual to join our growing team as our Display and Social Media Manager. This is a dynamic role that will require someone who loves to collaborate and someone who has significant Display and Social Media experience. 

This role will manage and monitor all display and social paid accounts including DV360, our paid social media presence, and assure our social media marketing efforts maintain the highest possible ROI. This role will also require someone who is deeply familiar with creation and implementation of LinkedIn, FB ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, and YouTube. Finally, this individual will need to be someone who loves to get in the weeds and track, analyze, create and report for all paid social activities.  For ultimate success, we are looking for someone who can use the power of analytics to help drive future campaigns, paid corporate spend and optimized conversions. This person should have an incredible work ethic and is someone who believes in the power of collaboration and teamwork! 

What you'll do:

  • Manage and Lead in creation, implementation and analysis of all Display and Social Channels; DV360 and Social Media accounts
  • Own our customer acquisition efforts in paid social channels like Meta and LinkedIn from strategy through to execution
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights for optimizing strategies while maintaining the brand's essence.
  • Working with creative teams and helping to drive a creative learning agenda within channels / campaigns - from brief to results
  • Stay up to date with new and emerging trends in paid social channels, display, and other relevant trends, applying this knowledge to continuously innovate our marketing strategies.
  • Provide timely reports and analysis of paid social media performance.
  • Suggest and implement new platforms, programs or innovations to help enhance conversions, spend, sales or engagement.
  • Open to other duties and responsibilities that fall within the scope of the role
Who you are:
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, required.
  • Bachelor's level degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, Brand, Creative or related field.
  • Experience running performance marketing / customer acquisition campaigns across paid social, display, and/or video channels that drive customer growth and brand awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate the brand's values in marketing efforts.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying true to our brand values.
  • Experience working with creative teams to help drive creative agenda within channels/campaigns - from brief to results
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for exploring innovative marketing approaches
