Job Description

Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions. IMS is an affiliate of Colony Brands, one of the world's largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-Commerce companies.
To support the continued growth of our enterprise, we're seeking an eCommerce Data Technician to support our digital marketing and eCommerce division. With your foundational knowledge in eCommerce analytics and data management, you will play a key role in ensuring our team has the necessary data to drive marketing and eCommerce decisions.

What You'll Do
As an eCommerce Data Technician, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the efficient management and analysis of data to support the success of our business. You will be tasked with collecting, organizing, and validating large datasets from various sources such as internal databases, product feeds, and digital marketing platforms. This role will also support our email marketing team to execute campaigns, leverage customer data, and segmentation to ensure our emails are targeted and personalized.

You will be responsible for:
• Developing custom audiences
• Creating and maintaining Unica/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email marketing processes
• Promotional email data & execution
• Product feeds for marketing platforms and vendors
• Data feed from marketing platforms and vendors
• Developing, maintain, and enhance marketing reports
• Supporting our internal businesses by providing insights into campaign performance, customer data and other marketing tactics

Qualifications

We need a motivated professional with experience in eCommerce and digital marketing data. Ideally, you'll have a Bachelors' degree in marketing, analytics, computer science or related field. In addition, we are looking for:
• Experience in querying databases and understanding data structure (Amazon Redshift, S3, Microsoft SQL Server)
• Working knowledge of Unica (IBM Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other marketing software
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and ability to summarize data and build reports
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, DSP Platforms, and Marketplaces
• The ability to analyze data and uncover insights
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
• Exceptional communication skills
• The ability to work independently
