  • Spec and deliver training for clients globally, either onsite or by remote desktop sharing
  • Writing and publishing release notes for all CGS' applications, based on product development timetables
  • Champion the GEMS Certification Program and ensuring regional differences are taken into account
  • Develop an effective relationship network with clients and service providers, as well as with colleagues worldwide
  • Constantly look to improve the efficiency of internal processes and improve the quality of reporting on key metrics
  • Occasional User Acceptance Testing
What will you bring to the role?

You inspire and motivate team members, set clear expectations, and provide guidance. You possess strong communication skills and can leverage your strategic thinking to align programs with organizational goals and adapt to changing educational landscapes.
