As a Email Developer you will focus more on the Transactional side of our client's communications and focus mainly on REST protocols and JSON data formats to enable our communications. While other protocols and formats are supported such as SOAP and XML. You will provide troubleshooting and problem solving to complex email/mobile build and deployment, data and processes.

In your first few weeks in this Email Developer role, you can expect to be:

• Responsible for highly complex technical design on direct marketing campaigns
• Involved in deploying communications, ensuring the consistency of approach, methods and processes amongst supported channels
• Troubleshooting, building, and providing strategic recommendations and advice on the process flow for triggered communications
• Developing innovative technical strategies and enhancing capabilities for email deployment
• Identifying process improvement efforts ranging from strategic to tactical items
