Develops, presents and evaluates course offerings. Participates in all areas of EMS educational activities. Participates in department, EMS system, and regional meetings. Establishes and maintains learning environment consistent with current knowledge of EMS care. Assists in special projects as deemed appropriate. Facilitates positive working relationships with community providers to promote the Loyola.

Coordinates and maintains daily operational activities. Utilizes current nursing practices to provide patient care while focusing on the needs of the patient and exemplifying the service excellence goals of care, concern, respect and cooperation. As a contributing member of a health care team, functions in the role of patient advocate for patient-related care issues as well as serves as champion for patient.
