EverCommerce is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to manage, secure, and operate our Azure & Office 365 Environment.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Experience and Skills:

• 7+ years of IT administration experience, with 4+ years managing and supporting Office 365 environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or a combination of certifications and experience that equate to a degree
• Expert level experience in
  • Office 365 PowerShell
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Office 365 licensing
  • Sharepoint Online
  • Microsoft Intune
• Experience in enterprise level maintenance and administration of the O365 platform
• Experience migrating organizations into Office 365 from other email and document platforms such as G Suite
• Experience deploying and managing workstations via Intune & Jamf in an enterprise environment
• MCSA or MCSE certificate for Office 365 or related area
• Ability to learn quickly
• Can use good judgment to solve problems where protocol might not exist
• Effective troubleshooting skills

Nice to haves:

• PCI-DSS and HIPAA auditing experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop policies and migration strategies to consolidate disparate email and collaboration platforms into Office 365
• Enhance enterprise-wide deployment of Azure Active Directory, Sharepoint, and Intune for a global company of 1500 people and 100 offices
• Configure & deploy applications via Intune to enterprise managed devices
• Develop and enforce employee personas, with associated policies and configuration
• Implement security and compliance policies to meet PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR with guidance from Security Operations team

Compensation: The target base salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year in Colorado and most remote areas. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
