Job Description

  • Maintain the buildings and campus so they visually appear and function in a quality manner
  • Complete all work in a timely manner according to the clients' requirements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:
  • Strong construction and building skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years related experience in carpentry and general maintenance work
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, with the possibility of some overtime. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
