Summary:
Performs experiments to support clinical research and basic research Flow and Image Cytometry projects; accessions and accurately logs in and tracks samples for the research laboratories; performs antibody staining; accurately acquires data on flow/imaging cytometer; analyzes data using flow and image cytometry software; interprets data for facility users.

Starting salary for this position is $54,827 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time flow or imaging cytometric experience; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time flow or imaging cytometric experience.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have previous experience using flow cytometers/sorters; previous experience with antibody staining techniques; experience with flow cytometry analysis software. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
