Volt is immediately hiring for a Formulation Associate in Redondo Beach, CA

As a Formulation Associate you will:

FORMTEXT Interacts and communicates closely with manufacturing management, QC/QA personnel, other formulation associate to produce quality products following all applicable regulatory and good manufacturing guidelines. • Formulates regular and/or OEM/PTM products to required specifications.
• Perform necessary assays and verifies all expected results.
• Organizes cold room, freezer and formulation laboratory if necessary to their optimum uses.
• Writes, reviews, revises and updates manufacturing documents, SOPs, or any other necessary technical document.
• Assists with the writing and execution of any necessary validation protocols and reports.
• Employee will contribute to a positive work environment.
• Performs other tasks and duties as directed by management and supervisory personnel.
• Assists in maintaining Quantimetrix Corporation quality system.

The ideal candidate will:

• FORMTEXT Bachelor Degree (B.A.) in related area plus one to two years' related experience.
• Associates Degree (AA ot AS) plus two to four years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. FFFFFFFF0000000014000500540065007800740037000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
• Must have excellent written/verbal communication, technical writing, and problem solving skills.
• Recommended proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Employee works in an environment that is known to have both hazardous and non-hazadours chemicals; thus wearing protective clothingl goggles, hair-net and masks are require.
• While performing the duties of this job, employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold.
• Noise level in work environment is usually moderate.

Schedule:1st shift 7am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

*Pay Rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
