What will you do:
CyberArk is seeking a Director - GTM Business Support to join the finance team. In this role you will work cross functionally with various stakeholders, in particular the go to market organization and finance, to provide analysis of current and past trends along with financial modeling and forecasting. We are looking for someone who views financial analysis as a competitive advantage that will deliver key insights into the business as CyberArk continues to grow and expand across its SaaS identity security platform. The position will report to the Senior Director of FPA.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships across all departments within CyberArk Software
- Communicate complex financial modelling, forecasting and analytics to the business in clear, concise and digestible way
- Partner with the Go to Market leadership and Executive Management to support decision making and provide insights
- Participate in strategy meetings with go to market leadership to understand the company's strategy
- Help drive change within the organization to increase business awareness of the critical role financial analysis plays in decision making
- Bring an understanding of the latest data models and productivity tools and business intelligence solutions that can drive the business forward
- Lead and implement relevant FP&A processes, definitions, and practices
- Lead and drive a thorough monthly forecast process
- Lead and drive the annual planning process
- Produce and enhance monthly and quarterly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and present to the company C-suite
- Evaluate and identify anomalies in historic and forecast data trends. Summarize and communicate findings proactively to finance and senior leadership
- Partner with department leaders to help define and deliver critical data and analysis needs that will drive growth and scale across the relevant units
- Develop analytical KPIs and reports to present productivity and efficiency measures
- Embed a customer-first and service mindset
What you need to succeed: - Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accounting, MBA is an advantage.
- 10+ years of related experience including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis, preferably from a public company
- At least 4 years of managerial experience
- Deep understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis
- Experience with SaaS business - required
- Enterprise software experience - advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to synthesize complex concepts
- Very accurate, precise, and organized, with attention to detail
- Technology savvy and use of intelligent tools to analyze financial and operational information
- Strong MS Excel skills
- A high level of commitment and motivation
- Able to meet tight deadlines and multitask
- An independent, self-motivated leader
- Passionate about in-depth understanding, automation, and efficiency
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
