Job Details:

Pay is $17.45 per hour PLUS an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 6 PM to 6 AM, Overtime as needed.

I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
This essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

1. Receives orders from the Labeling Coordinator or Lead.
2. Identifies stacks of product racks as they are delivered to the first floor or cooler
3. Responsible for pushing stacks up to the appropriate lines.
4. Ensure that product requested is put on trailer.
5. Maintain clean freezer at all times.
6. Report any damage done to freezer or product immediately.
7. Ensure that all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate before turning it in.
8. Take break as needed; no set schedule. Average 10 minutes per hour. Occasionally 1/2 hour breaks plus 30 minutes for lunch.

II. MUSCULAR / SKELETAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

1. Pushing up to 330 - 560 pounds of product during the duration of the shift (Roll carts that contain an average of 800 pounds of product.)
2. Capable of visually inspecting product by the package and by the rack.
3. Good hand / eye coordination.
4. Very cold environment, with icy / slippery surfaces
5. Capable of working in excess of 8 hours per shift and up to 6 or 7 days per week when required.

III. TYPES OF EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO OPERATE FOR THE POSITION

1. Dolly
2. Various small hand tools

IV. M1NIMUM EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE REQUIRED PERFORMING THE JOB FUNCTIONS.

1. Good previous work and attendance record.
2. Capable of performing all listed job functions.
3. Must be able to read and write.
4. Must have very good basic math skills.
5. Must be willing to work weekends when required.
