Job Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or System configuration rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices and meeting client needs
• Be an advocate for exploring standard solutions or leveraging packaged software first
• Create Mapping documents along with user stories
• Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)
• Prototype the configuration and test; as appropriate, apply the configuration in the gold client and re-test
• Ensure collaborative designs
• Collaborate on the approval process through design authority
• Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors
• Collaborate with all scrum teams
• Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies
• Ability to Inspire confidence with business and IT leadership
• Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Certification SAP modules a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 10+ Years of overall SAP experience with 4+ years for S4 Preferred
• 2 or more end to end SAP Implementations with Production experience including hands-on design and configuration Experience with obtaining and clarifying business requirements to exceed expectations in designing solutions
• *MUST HAVE* Strong functional understanding of Material, Plant master data, Make to Deploy (MTD) and PPDS supplemental data objects, Process order creation, Backflush strategies & MRP
• *MUST HAVE* Experience with SAP Integration with Manufacturing Execution and other Factory Floor Control Systems
• Knowledge of S4 HANA Quality, Shelf Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, and S4HANA MRP Live functions, Sales and Operational Planning, Contract Manufacturing business processes
• Knowledge in setting up various kind of planning processes ( Make to Stock, ETO, CTO) and integration with other planning solution i.e. IBP, APO & third party planning solutions
• Knowledge of Tools (GRC, MDG, Solman, CR Manager, Charm)
• Good understanding of SAP Integration technologies and Patterns
