This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures

Tasks

These positions could work in any department of the Hide/Tannery facility. Must be able to routinely push, pull, lift and carry at least 75 pounds or more if required. Must work in extreme hot, cold (40 degrees to 90 degrees) and wet environments, use of hands and arms above shoulder level and stand 8-10 hours per day. Some areas in the Hides/Tannery will vary their start and end times on a daily basis.

ATTENTION: These positions may involve the use of a knife and hook to trim hides or to operate large pieces of equipment. May involve working with pork skins.

Requirements

Must be able & willing to work the shift that is available for B-Shift Only. Departments in this area can include staggered start & end times. This facility runs up to 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. All jobs offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
