Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

The Global Partner Program Manager, MSP is a well-rounded individual who has excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, financial/analytical and social skills. This role will implement strategic tasks that align with the Managed Service Provider partner program and support MSP acceleration. This role requires the ability to embrace transformation trend supporting technology and execution of strategies as appropriate. Success in this role is dependent on the ability to design scalable and measurable programs for MSPs, by working with partners, key sales and support professionals in various regions, and by being willing to focus on the details to implement such programs with various operational teams.The Global Partner Program Manager, MSP reports to the Director, Global Partner Programs.

What Will You Do?

  • Own, manage, and develop day to day operations of all aspects of the MSP Partner Program and the MSP journey
  • Operationalize the delivery of the global MSP Program and identify the measures of success
  • Gather, organize, and report partner feedback to help improve the partner experience resulting from the program
  • Drive internal processes to evaluate the program execution
  • Collaborate with marketing to build channel partner, and internal, program documents to clearly identify the benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing collateral that supports programs globally
  • Coordinate and assist in creation of continuing education for partners, sales, and sales leadership
  • Lead planning and execution of program strategies of company initiatives whilst collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Consistently manage/track partner program performance and trend
  • Collaborate with Product/Sales to develop and launch Partner Promotions
  • Create and execute key programs that support growth incentive, including the pre-sales and post-sales incentive structure to drive Partners adoption and scale
  • Lead the partner journeys and identify objectives to identify priority opportunities that reflect Cradlepoint's partner experience

Qualifications
  • 5+ years Sales and/or Channel experience with enterprise networking technologies
  • Proven experience developing and implementing global partner programs including MSP route to market
  • Experience with Cloud and SaaS platforms, subscription based packaging and recurring revenue models
  • The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business acumen, sales operations experience, influencing skills and operational implementation
  • Proactive self-starter with a proven track record for getting things done in a high growth, fast paced environment
  • Experience defining KPIs and measuring to those goals
  • Outstanding communication, organization and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and work collaboratively cross-functionally
  • Creative thinking, flexibility, and adaptability, with the ability to bring new ideas and approaches, as well as the ability to tailor the approach to meet business requirements and pivot as business evolves

Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge of LTE, 5G, WLAN, and Bluetooth wireless technologies a plus
