Embark on a dynamic career as a Global Product Manager, overseeing the FSSC/ISO22000 product globally, where your mission will be to uphold the highest standards, foster effective communication, and drive unparalleled service delivery across the network.

Job Description

Role Purpose: Oversee global management of FSSC/ISO22000 product, ensuring standard integrity and smooth operations from proposal to delivery. Align product delivery with external KPIs and internal standards, implementing measures for professional service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure global product delivery meets external KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Act as key liaison with standard owner, representing the company at key meetings.
  • Manage global accreditations, lead annual audits, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee technical review, certification decisions, and PWS approvals. Facilitate training for network consistency.
  • Manage auditor approval process, ensuring criteria adherence and skill maintenance. Advise on additional training.
  • Maintain system for auditor calibration, conducting witness audits as needed.
  • Maintain professional, clear, and timely dialogue with the network. Assert authority for consistent standards.
  • Communicate upcoming changes, revisions, and updates promptly.
  • Collaborate with Global Food Certification Manager, offering product-specific support.
  • Assist sales and commercial team with product-specific client requests for growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate willingness to travel as needed.
General Responsibilities:

Qualifications

  • Showcase strong presentation skills and navigate interactions seamlessly across all organizational levels.
  • Excel in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams, PPT, etc).
  • Possess detailed knowledge of FSSC/ISO22000 standard.
  • Juggle multiple tasks effortlessly with strong organizational skills.
  • Master strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
Desirable Skills & Competencies:
  • Hold a lead auditor level qualification in the specific product.
  • Showcase people management and experience with remote teams.
  • Demonstrate extensive audit experience, including commercial proposal preparation.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining accreditation against ISO 17021.
  • Boast work experience within a large multinational company and adeptly manage communication within a vast network.
