Job Description
Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a Help Desk II Consultant to work on a long-term consulting project. The client for this position is based in Madison, WI.
Candidates are required to be in the Madison, WI area, this will be a hybrid position with onsite work done in Madison, WI.
Duties for this position will include providing support to end users on a variety of IT issues by responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.. Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problems to ensure a timely resolution.
Three years of IT Help Desk/Support experience in a professional setting. At least one year of experience with MS Office is also required for this position.
The salary range for this position is $33,000-$37,500 annually.
