Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a Help Desk II Consultant to work on a long-term consulting project. This is a hybrid position based in Madison, WI. Full time remote work might be available in the future.

Duties for this position will include providing support to end users on a variety of IT issues by responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.. Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problems to ensure a timely resolution.

Three years of IT Help Desk/Support experience in a professional setting is required for this position. At least three years of experience with Citrix, Active Directory, MS Office 2010, and Local Area Networks is also required for this position.

The salary range for this position is $35,000-$41,500 annually.
