Night Auditor:

A Night Auditor is a Front Desk Agent that works the hotel's overnight shift from 11pm - 7am. This role is responsible for making our guests feel at home by providing them with warm, friendly, and professional service. In addition, this rule is responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day. The auditor conducts all steps in the computer / night audit system to close the current business day and open the new business day. The Night Auditor typically works alone in the hotel from 11pm - 7am every day of the year, including holidays.

Prior hotel / hospitality and customer service experience is extremely helpful, but is not required.
