HR Business Analyst

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst at Mosaic, you'll play a key role in enhancing our Human Resources processes, procedures, and systems. In addition to HR specific support, the role will also assist with process mapping for other areas of North America Shared Services (NASS).

Where You'll Work:

This role is based in our FishHawk HQ (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Dr, Lithia, FL, 33547).

What You'll Do:

• Help transform Mosaic's processes, systems, and procedures by gathering information and proposing improvements
  
• Collaborate with IT and third-party partners to implement cutting-edge technologies
  
• Oversee procedures for maintaining and executing model data governance, providing reliable insights that drive business decisions and improve the way our teams operate
  
• Ensure efficient use of reporting tools and continuously evaluate opportunities based on new technologies and trends
  
• Monitor the procurement, development, and integration of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with Mosaic systems
  
• Help streamline our operations by creating process flows, regularly reviewing and updating them in collaboration with the business
  
• Document and help automate processes in collaboration with IT to free up valuable employee time for strategic tasks
  
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts to provide cross-functional support
  
• Lead and contribute to various departmental and enterprise-wide projects, driving transformational change and shaping the future of Mosaic
  

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  
• Around 5 years of experience working in Human Resources or as a Business/Systems Analyst
  
• Experience leading information gathering sessions and the ability to document process flows
  
• The ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively
  
• Stellar problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Tact, paired with written and verbal communication skills
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
