What you will do:

CyberArk is seeking an HR Business Partner who will work with the Marketing and Corporate & Business Development leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, the HRBP will be a critical member of the Global HR team owning programs that that help people succeed. The HRBP will help business leaders make decisions with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Advising Senior or Executive Leaders: You will build close partnerships with some of our most senior leaders in our Marketing and Corporate & Business Development Organizations.
  • Driving a clear people strategy: By working alongside business leaders, you'll bring together your people expertise with knowledge of our business to create and execute on a people strategy that proactively grows, develops, and engages our talent.
  • Coaching and developing managers: You'll leverage your experience in change management, building high performing teams, and navigating difficult conversations to coach managers and leaders and set them up for success from onboarding and throughout their employee journey.
  • Implementing and driving workforce planning: Balancing velocity of change and intentional org design, you will partner with business leaders and Learning and Development to design their future organizations, map the path to the future state, and partner with talent acquisition to attract and recruit the best talent in Identity Security.
  • Managing organizational change: You'll collaborate with other People team members to effectively communicate and land organizational changes by advocating for your group's specific needs and facilitating company-wide communications and trainings.
  • Advising compensation design: By partnering directly with our compensation team, you'll help drive decisions that align our culture with our reward strategies while ensuring internal equity.
  • Championing the culture: You'll be responsible for championing and stewarding the culture of our teams - ensuring that their unique voices, perspectives, and challenges are heard. You are a diversity, inclusion and belonging champion.
  • Rolling up your sleeves: From data entry to ad-hoc administrative work, you're ready to jump in and do what it takes to support our people operations and programs. You are a team and people first person.

What you need to succeed:

To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows. You will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.

How you will stand out from the crowd:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with multiple facets of HR including resolving complex employee relations issues, benefits, immigration, cross cultural awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees, particularly at the leadership level.
  • Strong competency within the HR function: succession planning, org design, coaching, recognition programs, talent management, communications, compensation, and change management.
  • Ability to strike a balance between strategic partnership-building and getting things done
  • Comfort with interpreting and using people data to tell a story and translating it into strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), HRCI (SPHR/PHR), a plus.

The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $125,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
