As a HR Compliance Associate, you will be working with the Legal Compliance Specialist on:

• Auditing and monitoring all departments staffing and rest and meal times daily to ensure they are in compliance with company, state and federal labor laws.
• Conducting daily field audits of daily break schedules and weekly schedules for all departments.
• Conducting reports of staffing ratios and recruiting calls for various departments.

• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
