Our client, a public media non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary HR Data Graphics Assistant to support their busy team in Washington, DC for 2 weeks!

About the Job:

• Update existing organizational chart and HR forms with precision and accuracy.
• Utilize strong graphics skills to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of HR forms, including the organizational chart.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational needs and standards.
• Maintain attention to detail while updating and refining graphics and content for optimal clarity and effectiveness.

About You:

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Adobe, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for HR forms updates, with a strong emphasis on PDF management.
• Experience in creating and updating organizational charts using MS Visio and PowerPoint.

About the Position:

• $25/hr-$26/hr
• Temporary for 2 weeks.
• Hybrid with 4 days/week onsite.
• Office is metro accessible in Washington, DC.
