Description: Our client is currently seeking a HR GENERALIST III-
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This HR Ops Specialist role is a high volume position that focuses on the hiring process. The team members are supporting US locations where we have high volume hiring, and support the process from req creation through the hiring activities within our HRIS system. They also have to be highly detailed and very focused on auditing business processes within our system of record, Workday. Customer service skills are highly important. They need to have a conversation with every Manager and/or HRBP to answer common questions about the hiring process and help troubleshoot any issues. So they cannot be on auto pilot and crank through the calls and emails and consider any unique scenarios or one-off situations. In this dynamic role, you will become an HR Operations subject matter expert communicating HR policy and outlining HR processes to our 44,000 Fiserv Associates.
What does a great HR Operations Specialist role look like?
As an internal HR Operations expert you will field questions through a portal that will narrow the scope of their question to defined areas. You will then respond with factually based answers to guide our Associates in the proper usage of benefits, and all HR operational processes. Our HR Operations team will be a one stop experience for all. You will be a critical part of the team, which brings a world-class experience to HR Operations.
