Human Resources Intern

The Human Resources Intern will support employee development activities and initiatives, such as promoting the Bank's learning center and coordinating learning opportunities and related communications.

Accountabilities:

• Support recruiting activities from social media and strategic outreach to internal events.
• Assist in providing new employees a great experience through engaging onboarding resources and activities.
• Gain exposure to immigration, benefits, compensation, learning & development, engagement and more through administrative support of various programs at the Bank.

Qualifications:

• Junior or senior working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations or similar field of study.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
• A team player who can also accomplish tasks independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A creative thinker who can apply creative problem solving when needed.

Compensation Range:
Hourly: $20.00 - $25.00

This salary range represents the Bank's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank's annual incentive plan.
