Established company is seeking a bilingual receptionist to start immediately in the greater Pasadena, CA area! Pay: $18-20/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries
- Handle/process mail and packages
- Data entry, filing, schanning, and maintaining office supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with any visitor access
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual spanish
- Previous office experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office and computer proficient
