Hourly Rate: $18/hr

Summary: Our client, a prominent player in the drywall industry, is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Professional to join their team in Carrollton, TX. As the face of the establishment, you will oversee the front of the "store," operating in a manner akin to a retail setting. Your responsibilities will encompass fostering strong customer relationships, processing orders, offering product insights, and supporting the outside sales team with order entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing appropriate systems.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to facilitate seamless order entry and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with customers.
• Proven ability to self-manage, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact comfortably with diverse customer groups.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail or similar setting, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
