Job Description

Main Purpose:

The role will be dedicated to driving Internal and External communications related to the Company, People and Culture. Demonstrating the ability to oversee internal, external, and social media communications for the United States in partnership with our Global Communications team.

This critical role is seen as a doer and a strategist who is an advisor to the senior leadership in the business as well as a key leader across the Global Communications function.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and appreciating the power of both internal and external communications as crucial in driving the company's communication strategy
  • Leads ongoing planning & execution of the People, Talent Attraction & Benefits communications strategy and proposes new and engaging forms of communications related to human capital internally and externally.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to prepare job posting for appeal and easy reading to better engage candidates and review job sites for Tradebe content, postings and to increase Tradebe ratings.
  • Drive other priorities through the business such as memos from our CEO, National Town Hall Meetings, writing content for both print and web including the company website, brochures, and Tradebe newsletter.
  • Developing and managing company and people campaigns with specific focus on leveraging verbal and written communications skills with the capacity to take messaging and distill them into short, straightforward, digestible content (e.g. op-eds, talking points, briefings, social media) tailored and applicable to our audiences.
  • Plan and keep an annual content calendar up-to-date, with the intent of 30-days in advance and staying ahead of changes
  • Create and manage content for the company website, blog and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc), including copywriting and image/video editing
  • Develop internal and external e-mail marketing campaigns and online ad. Including copywriting , image/video editing when needed, targeting both existing customers and prospects budgeting,. (LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Display, others)
  • Create other digital assets such as banners, videos or infographics and support the creation of offline resources for People and Culture department including leaflets, brochures, booths or other visual materials
  • Ensure the compliance of all delivered materials with the Tradebe brand guidelines, tone of voice and identity
  • Work together with marketing and communications colleagues in other countries or in the global team for global projects
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies: design or media agencies, printers
  • Support the delivery of KPI reporting to provide qualitative/quantitative evidence of impact, as well as a continuous assessment of campaigns for improvement
  • Performed additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 plus years' experience with internal and external people communications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations or Journalism
  • Experience with social media such as Linked In and Facebook
  • Experience collaborating at the Director level
  • Knowledgeable in website content management, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Tag Manager applications
  • Experience with Google and social media analytics to ensure campaigns are impactful
  • High-level proficiency in social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, or MS Office
  • Good skills with the Adobe CC, Drupal or SharePoint
  • Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing and communication techniques
  • Must have excellent writing and editing skills
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Project management - stakeholder engagement, program execution, and change management
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results
