Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Direct daily operations and provide leadership to team responsible for development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of systems by leading multiple projects or activities. Consult with business staff to gain an understanding of evolving business needs to develop and implement effective systems. Review project and support requests. Assign team personnel to development, maintenance, and related activities. REQ.: Bachelor's Degree in CS, Engineering (Electrical or Electronics) or related field and 5 years of experience leading application development or maintenance programs. Prior functional experience performing technical duties as a Software Developer, Systems/ Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar position with strong understanding of technology and business process and SDLC methodologies is required.
All positions report to Regional HQ in Troy, MI, with telecommuting from any location in the U.S. permitted. Travel to Regional HQ in Troy, MI on an as needed basis.
