Who are we seeking:
We're in search of an IT Help Desk Support role in the Northwest Arkansas. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in resolving computer-related issues, ensuring the seamless operation of technological processes within our workplace. This position offers the unique opportunity to become an integral member of a team that places a high value on mutual support and the collective contribution of each individual.
We are on the lookout for candidates who are not only passionate about learning and possess a natural knack for technology but also exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a readiness to address and solve problems as they arise. Prior experience in troubleshooting computer issues or being recognized as a source of tech-related advice among your peers would be highly regarded. While a background in computer science or related certifications is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role. Familiarity with SQL, though not mandatory, would be considered a favorable addition to your application.
Baseline Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer support environment, ideally lasting from 6 months to 2 years
  • Adaptability to diverse work schedules with short lead times
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous in maintaining precise records on support tickets
  • Proficient organizational skills for efficiently handling Help Desk tasks
  • Aptitude for identifying and solving fundamental computer technical issues
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and its functionalities
  • Basic networking knowledge, including understanding what an IP is and how to find it
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • A strong background in customer service
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Advantageous to have technology-related certifications
