Project Description:

  • We work with multiple product and enterprise teams to bring new capabilities in the commerce experience. 

Projects include:

  • Implement enterprise and other product domains to be supported by the digital channel. 
  • Expanding current capabilities to support other channels and product categories.

Position Summary/Job Description:

  • This product manager will partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and other product teams on a regular basis in order to align on deliverables.
  • They will work with development team on a daily basis to drive new capabilities to completion.
  • This individual would assist in ideation and roadmap management for the commerce platform domain.

Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline, 8-10 years’ experience in a product management role

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Excellent follow up to ensure tasks are being delivered according to plan
  • Understanding of APIs and overall software development 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills 

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Align product strategy with enterprise and digital programs to develop objectives and key results
  • Accountable for detailed user stories aligning with high level goals so the team understands the feature’s intended outcome.
  • Provide updates to Program Managers at project status meetings. 
  • Responsible for reviewing analytics, customer feedback inputs, and meeting with stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive the business and improve the customer experience
  • Responsible for keeping the sprint team's backlog prioritized based on current enterprise priorities and goals and team roadmap
  • Responsible for reviewing intake submissions and to determine if the customer need is already in progress or if it meets team goals
  • Responsible for identifying scope and making trade-off decisions
  • Responsible for prioritizing features for feasibility discussions
  • Relationship building and management with key partner and stakeholders
  • Responsible for communicating background, requirements, impacts and scope of a work effort
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting KPIs and benefits after feature release
  • In partnership with team, responsible for updating/maintaining Wiki documentation on new domain feature releases. 
  • Create and maintain Wiki page for new feature ideas that includes high level user stories and supporting data
