The ideal candidate will possess:
• At least 3 years construction experience
• Must be able to read drawings & prints
• Working knowledge of construction
• Must be able shoot grade
• Ability to focus and pay attention to detail
• Must have good communication skills
• Experience in pumps
• Basic knowledge of operation of backhoe/loader combo and skid steer
• Government work a plus
