What you'll do

• Working in tandem with Loan Servicing Quality Assurance, review findings and create projects to ensure the department's completion and closure of any operational gaps
• Analyze processes in loan servicing and determine efficient strategies to minimize negative impact on staff.
• Ensure delivery of high quality training and work with Loan Servicing team to coordinate internal training initiatives; maintain training curriculum, materials and procedures
• Evaluate loan servicing policies/procedures/processes/workflow and recommend continuous improvements to enhance member service experience and effectiveness.
• Solicit ideas and input from Loan Servicing management and business stakeholders regarding new processes and projects to better align services, offerings, policies and systems; take action on requests as approved or appropriate; collaborate with others in design and implementation.

What we're seeking

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, plus 7 years of related work experience in loan servicing or in work that provided strong working knowledge of mortgage and consumer loan products, including secured and unsecured loans, auto loans, lines of credit, and credit loan servicing
• Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
• Strong problem solving skills and professional oral and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of servicing guidelines and regulatory requirements established under RESPA and implemented through CFPB
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

What makes you stand out

• Prior supervisory and/or project management experience is helpful
• Strong proficiency in relevant software applications, particularly Fiserv DNA, Nautilus and Microsoft Office
