Dev Technology Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing impactful applications, analyzing business requirements, and designing efficient programming solutions. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects through your expertise and innovative approach to software development.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design data models
• Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies
• Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and expertise
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software development

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Node.js, React.js, .NET, and other relevant frameworks
• Previous experience in an Agile SCRUM environment
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
• Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Experience in a government contracting environment
• Security Clearance: DHS Public Trust or DOD Secret

Our estimated salary range for this position is $116,000-$190,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on education, experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
