We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies that empower our employees to reach their full potential.

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to create and deliver impactful training programs. Your focus will be on enhancing employee performance, productivity, and engagement. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our learning culture and ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills needed to excel in the construction industry.

Your new role

  • Curriculum Design: Develop and manage a comprehensive curriculum of learning strategies tailored to our diverse workforce.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills, and safety training.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify training needs through close collaboration with department heads and performance evaluations.
  • Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  • Learning Technologies: Leverage e-learning platforms and other digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Budget Management: Manage training budgets efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs from scratch
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Passion for employee development and growth
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
