Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job:Sam Houston State University (SHSU) Department of Theatre & Musical Theatre seeks a Lecturer to teach musical theatre voice and/or musicianship skills as well as potentially serve as music director and conductor for one or more of the departmental musical productions.
Educational Requirements for the Position:MM, MFA, MA, or DMA in musical theatre, voice, or related discipline required.
Experience Required for the Position:Experience teaching musical theatre voice and styles in studio voice classes is required. Musical conducting skills and experience required and accompanist skills preferred.
