Exceptional Defense Law Firm based in Glendale CA has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 10 years prior Litigation work experience at a litigation law firm. Litigation Legal Secretary should have proficiency in litigation terminology and procedures including state and federal court filing e-filing, calendaring procedures, preparing legal documents and TOC/TOAs.

This legal secretary desk will be supporting business litigation and insurance litigation defense cases.
