Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Staffing is working with a boutique catastrophic personal injury law firm located in the Philadelphia suburbs on a Litigation Paralegal position. They are seeking an experienced legal professional who is diligent, well-organized, and independent.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing court appearances, court deadlines and attorney schedules
- Scheduling depositions
- Drafting letters
- Drafting simple motions (i.e. discovery motions)
- Filing documents with the courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Drafting written discovery requests and responses
- Communicating with clients
- Communicating with medical professionals to obtain medical records and expert reports.
- Proficient with Windows based operating systems, including Microsoft 365
