SUMMARY

Working with general supervision, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for successfully coordinating new release video games, collectibles/novelty products, and strategy guides. This position interacts with a supervisor daily to receive guidance and feedback. Many non-routine activities will require a supervisor's advance approval. The role is characterized by a basic level of scope, moderate level of complexity, and a basic level of independent decision making.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Provide logistics reporting and analysis to management.
• Monitor and report progress of shipments to logistics supervisor.
• Manage and address store/carriers concerns.
• Liaise between fulfillment centers and carriers to fulfill supplies, extra capacity, etc.
• Audit invoices for accuracy, apply appropriate accounting code, and enter invoices into payment system.
• Manage relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization in conjunction with GameStop's respectful workplace policies.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

• High school diploma or GED required; accredited Bachelor's degree preferred
• Logistics and transportation experience required
• Knowledge of small parcel shipping invoicing preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office software programs; including, but not limited to Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with freight analysis software.
• Ability to accurately type and enter information into a PC using a keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to retrieve, analyze, validate, organize, and report data electronically and on paper.
• Proficient basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Proficient ability to work collaboratively with others; conduct working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and the organization.
• Proficient ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and the organization.
• Proficient project planning skills; including the ability to organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
