Walmart Connect (WMC) is Walmart's media and advertising platform, uniquely designed to help brands reach hundreds of millions of shoppers across their entire shopping journey, online and in stores. WMC is looking for a strategic B2B marketer with experience across channels - ideally with eCommerce, retail media, Ad Tech and/or Agency background - to join our Emerging Brands Marketing team. This person would be responsible for developing and executing revenue-driving marketing initiatives that support the growth and performance of small to midsize (SMB) businesses who advertise on our platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Harnessing strategic and creative thinking to build, execute, measure, and scale innovative and effective B2B marketing plans that drive adoption and increased investment in our advertising platform. Manage the day-to-day of those plans and the execution of corresponding tactics.
  • Leverage strong verbal and written storytelling skills to connect value propositions and product messaging to build compelling content for our SMB audience.
  • Devote time to understanding our product offerings and best practices for advertisers' success.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our cross functional stakeholders in Sales and Product Marketing by sharing your knowledge and point of view on how we can optimize our marketing efforts to achieve shared goals.
  • Implement systems and processes that enable scale, efficient cross functional collaboration, clear communication, and flawless execution, with attention to both the big picture and the devilish details.
  • Leverage customer insights, data, and your own experience to design a plan to create the best experience for our SMBs.
  • Have the tough conversations necessary to drive accountability and resolve conflict.
  • Contribute to the team and Walmart Connect's culture, mission and goals by building relationships and trust, operating with excellence, and embracing a growth mindset.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing strategy and execution with proven record of driving revenue at scale.
  • In-depth understanding of social media, ad platforms, and SEO best practices.
  • Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns and SEO strategy implementation, achieving scale and improved search rankings/organic traffic on B2B websites.
  • Experience working across marketing channels - including but not limited to: email, events, social, and sales enablement - and measuring success.
  • Detail oriented with strong verbal and written storytelling skills. Power Point mastery is a must.
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills to present complex ad solutions to SMBs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment and execute them efficiently and effectively
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and having tough conversations

Preferred Qualifications

Background in eComm/Retail marketing and/or experience managing digital marketing (SEO, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for SMBs.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
