The Manager, Partner Program Development manages all aspects of key programs and business support functions for the Home Appliance Division (HAD) Dealer Channel, ensuring programs run effectively and drive business growth & success. The Manager supports over 300 authorized partners across the United States.

Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Associated Programs

  • Maintain all aspects of PRM system and work cross-functionally to ensure cohesion across tools and programs
  • Maintain extensive collaboration and communication between all key stakeholders to ensure alignment of business priorities
  • Serve as a liaison with key stakeholders to provide ongoing customer feedback and resolve customer issues
  • Work with a cross-functional team that includes Marketing & Sales to create/maintain a lead generation program that will be executed through the PRM
  • Leverage PRM to deploy and maintain HAD Dealer Agreements, also overseeing ancillary duties associated with the agreement such as annual legal/sales review of documentation and dealer sign -off, non-renewals, terminations, thresholds, new dealers etc.
  • Utilize the PRM to manage HAD Key City Funds (KCF) Program for HAD Dealers including (but not limited to) budget maintenance, submission review and approval
  • Analyze dealer team usage on a quarterly basis and distribute reports to management

HAD Dealer Program Management & Authorized Reseller Program

  • Lead / Manage cross-functional team to develop, implement and maintain Brother HAD Authorized Partner Program
  • Setup new dealer accounts within PRM system * Manage all aspects of Dealer Agreements - includes but not limited to Dealer Violations, Dealer Realignment, Dealer terminations, etc.

Reporting

  • Execute, maintain, and manage customer intelligence reporting to various levels of management

Additional Position Responsibilities

  • Complete management of Synchrony Financing program
  • Review and approve HAD Dealer consignment requests
  • Partner with members across the company to Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve workflows and customer experience
  • Lead Gen/Prospects - Forward requests via various channels then follow up

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a Sales role, working directly with customers, channel partners, and resellers to drive sales and grow the business
  • Experience working with partner relationship programs, loyalty programs, and/or lead generation programs
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
