We are seeking an ambitious, Manager of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead operational oversight for a DaVita's revenue cycle team and related activities, and, in collaboration with other ROPS functions, to lead strategic initiatives to improve the team core operational metrics

What will you do?
Develop and lead high performing teams responsible for critical aspects of Revenue operations, such as cash collections, coverage setting, and bill submission
Make strategic business decisions and recommendations to minimize ROPS exceptions and maximized yield
Effectively communicate and present progress within portfolio to direct and senior leadership
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within revenue cycle and implement such changes
Execute short and long-term goals based on key performance metrics
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize yield and growth potential
Manage high performing team to performance expectations

You are a great candidate if you have:
Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking and innovation
Nose for value and ability to diagnose complex problems and lead teams through small and large scale problem solving
Experience leading team through cross functional projects
Record of "Getting Stuff Done" while sifting through many competing priorities
Strong executive communication skills to present operational outcome to senior leadership
History of leading through relationship building, collaboration, and influence
Demonstrated ability to identify, coach, and develop talent and future leaders
What Skills Do you Bring to the Role?
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field
Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation
2+ years of related work experience or Master's degree
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
