Overview
What You will Do:
- Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Works with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
- General supervision of work with assignments that require a thorough and practical knowledge of the technical or business subject area.
- May be assigned to small projects or to phases/portions of larger projects.
What You will Bring:
- Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures required by the work.
- Understands and applies most principles, theories, concepts, and techniques applied in the subject area.
- Develope experience in the applicable subject area in solution creation and increasing business knowledge.
- Provides resolution to various problems of moderately complex scope.
- Exercises judgment in the use of defined procedures and practices.
- Has mastered most of the basic job responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 year's experience, or Masters with 0-1 year's, or its equivalent.
