Brooks is looking for a Manufacturing Planning Manager as we accelerate our growth journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Production Planning team members for both the Robots and Systems businesses. This involves setting clear expectations and objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement the company's production control functions including any of the following activities: master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.
  • Drive manufacturing planning and execution for factory operations including ~300 direct labor employees producing over $300M in annual revenue.
  • Own and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for department including on time delivery, inventory, and efficiency. Leverage Oracle ERP systems to drive business results.
  • Use data analytics to identify, prioritize, and drive root cause corrective actions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Manufacturing Planning experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience driving business efficiency through better use of ERP systems / tools (strong preference for Oracle systems, specifically Oracle Cloud).
  • Demonstrated experience managing, motivating, and leading teams.
  • Experience in managing operations metrics and KPI's.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or industrial robotics, a plus.
