Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position will take part in the hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and in office days 1-2 times per week.

The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing the publication of content for multiple channels with a specific focus on top of funnel activities across Carelon Services; supervises the conception and development of new content ideas; analyzes related data and provides reporting and recommendations to optimize content performance; and ensures quality and consistency over time. They drive the enterprise level content experience strategy and oversees Content Management Systems (CMS) platform to ensure adherence to industry best practices and scalability specific to the company's digital property needs.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Works with business marketing leaders to define the holistic approach, focused on awareness and ultimately growth

• Develops and maintains the Services top of funnel plan

• Approves and publishes content in corporate automated workflows, as needed

• Analyzes related data and provides reporting and recommendations to optimize content performance, and ensures quality and consistency over time

• May also serve as a lead role and have dotted line resource accountability.

• Directs and supervises the conception and development of new content.

• Provides data-based reports and recommendations to optimize content performance and guide content strategy.

• Provides instruction on digital content best practices and may write original content, coordinate and edit content authored by others.

• Curates source content.

• May develop and maintain the content plan, own and manage content maintenance plan to ensure content supports strategy.

• Approves and publishes content in automated workflow and oversee workflow process enhancements.

• Contributes to a core Centers of Excellence for digital content.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

Masters and Scaled Agile Framework Training preferred.

• For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $100,004 to $150,006
