BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Messaging and Marketing Project Manager for an opportunity in 100% remote

Position Title: Messaging and Marketing Project Manager

Location: 100% remote in TX

Anticipated Start Date: 1st - May - 2024

Expected Duration: 6+ months contract to permanent

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT/TEMP TO HIRE/PERM], [Onsite]

Pay Range: $40.87/hr - $53.50/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:
Responsibilities:
* Write or manage clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various channels, including source copy, e-commerce, outbound commercial marketing, and packaging.
* Understand our products, customers, competitors, and industry trends through project briefings and independent research.
* Working with the marketing team, product teams, and key stakeholders to understand the objectives, audience, and tone of each project.
* Edit and proofread copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and accuracy.
* Project manage and track multiple product messaging documents at once while keeping stakeholders up to date on the latest status.
* Manage communication and feedback to agencies for messaging- or marketing-related projects.
* Facilitate creative reviews with key stakeholders and apply creative and technical feedback at different stages of the project.
* Ensure critical milestones and final delivery are on time.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
* At least 3 years of experience as a copywriter and project manager, preferably in the PC, tech, or adjacent industry
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
* Expert in organization and project management
* Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and understanding of e-commerce
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team with various stakeholders
* Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems
* Experience with outbound communication to enterprise customers and short- and long-form copy (i.e. articles, emails, social posts) preferred
* Please provide a portfolio of work with various marketing copy projects
