Job Details:
Title: Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse
Location: Utica, New York (on-site) (Hospital Setting)
Hours: Night (3x12 Hours) 6:30pm-7:00am
Length of Engagement: Contract, 13 Weeks
Hourly: $37.00
Stipend: $1,162 (Tax Free)
Total gross: $2,504.80
Job Responsibilities will Include:
- Appropriately plans and documents nursing care.
- Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Care for patients on general medical and telemetry units within the facility.
- Assist in monitoring irregular readings and ensure that the medical staff is aware of these issues.
- Experience with stroke patients
- New York RN License.
- BLS Certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
