We currently manage over 1,500 units of residential and approximately 150,000 square feet of commercial space in highly desirable and developing intown areas from Buckhead to Decatur. What You Will Be Doing The superintendent, in partnership with the project manager, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. Position is responsible for managing subcontractors, quality control and assurance, providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, managing project schedule and being part of making the project a good experience for everyone involved.
What You Need for this Position Minimum 5 years experience:
-Superintendent
-Multi-Family, Hotel or Senior Living Renovation
-Strong understanding of building systems
-Ability to read blue prints and specifications
-Commercial Construction
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
-Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
-Self-motivated
-Must be willing to Travel
