What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a National Account Sample Coordinator to develop and implement plans for highly complex and financially significant major capital improvements and maintenance projects for our Distribution and Logistics facilities. This position provides project management for cross-disciplinary engineering functions, including operating budgets, project measurements, and control for capability, efficiency, quality, timelines and safety.

What you'll do:

  • Data Entry of New Intros into Product Launch.
  • Set up Bill of Materials, Wip components and current material.
  • Monitor project progress.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Communicate directly with Brand Management to ensure their Samples are set up correctly and by given deadlines.
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Assist with resource scheduling to that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain Sample Tracking Grids as needed & Produce Daily Reports.
  • Work with internal and external Art Dept on any printed materials/graphics.
  • Proofread mass-produced Printed Materials that will be distributed throughout the USA and other countries.
  • Add/update material cost to ensure accurate Purchase Orders and WIP Components.
  • Communicate/Assist with internal and external customers, vendors, sales reps, manufacturing, pricing, marketing, shipping, quality and inventory control as needed and coordinate marketing, shipping, quality and inventory control as needed.
  • Coordinate customer/vendor pick-ups for materials & outside sample orders.
  • Promote team member engagement by participating in teams such as Safety and thereby following safety procedures, standard operating procedures and quality policies and regulations.

What you have:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
  • Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training.
  • Required to use PC and other department specific systems.

What you're good at:

  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with internal product/brand management and external customers/vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a must.
  • Highly effective level of organization and attention to detail with accuracy and minimal human error.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member to form positive working relationships.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities.
