*Salary:* $60-70k (DOE)

We are in search of Network Manager to run day-to-day operations with the IT Director.

What You Will Be Doing The Network Manager oversees IT operations, including coordinating with other departments, implementing policies and procedures, and developing training opportunities. They monitor support queues, address technical issues, and contribute to technical projects led by the IT Director.

- Maintain user device functionality, including laptops, desktop PCs, and mobile devices, as well as organizational technology.
- Manage organization's servers for proper functionality.
- Implement and enforce security procedures to safeguard data and devices.
- Ensure proper functioning of all devices, including desktops, PCs, laptops, printers, projectors, etc.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system backups for data recovery.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software for procurement.
- Stay current with computer technology and security.
- Develop policies and procedures for IT operations and security.
- Develop training materials to mitigate threats, adopt best practices, and utilize new technologies.
- Communicate with the Director of IT regarding equipment and training needs for budgeting.
- Manage support queues for timely issue resolution.
- Operate standard office equipment and software.
What You Need for this Position - Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of technical support experience, troubleshooting network configurations
- Proficiency in Office365, Azure, Windows Server 2012 - 2022, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 - 2022, Veeam Backup & Replication 11, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with WatchGuard Firewalls and Mitel Connect VOIP Platform.
-Familiarity with AANM Exhibit Hardware (AMX, MediaMatrix, BrightSign, A/V Playback hardware, etc.)
