Description:
Title: Nurse Practitioner (Per-Diem/Part-Time)
Location: Quincy, IL
Hours - 4 hour or 8 hour shift between 8-5 or 9-6PM
Length of engagement- until the end of the year
Rate: Competitive
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering and completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) to veterans
- Responsible for performing medication reconciliation, diagnostic testing, and face to face examinations
- Additional duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have a Master's Degree in Nursing
- Must have an active IL APRN license in good standing
- Must be board certified through the ANCC or AANP
- Agreement for a collaborating or supervising physician, where applicable
